Qualified, former Pilot customers (“Participants”) who purchase Pilot’s 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, or 1 Gbps Dedicated Internet Access service will receive permanent pricing 30% of list price if they and Pilot execute an order on or before 11:59 PM EDT, March 31, 2023, subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Participants must register for this promotion by completing the order form on the “Reconnect with Pilot" landing page at choose.pilotfiber.com/reconnect. By completing the form, Participant is agreeing to these Terms. Former customers must have canceled their Pilot service more than 1 month ago. Pilot administers this program in its sole discretion, and may modify its terms or discontinue this promotion at any time for any reason.
